Return Policy

Here are Country Bumpkin we try to provide great quality clothing at great prices, so that is why we inspect and try on each piece before we add them them to our shop, and if they do not meet our quality standards we will send them back. So if you are not completely satisfied you can return all regular priced items within 15 days of receiving your order. They must be unworn, undamaged, free of odors, and all clothing tags must be attached, a refund will be submitted after each item is inspected and up to our standards. We do not accept returns on seasonal sale items like Christmas sweaters for example.

Returns will be accepted free of charge at our store location. But if the return has to be shipped you are responsible for shipping it yourself along with the shipping cost (unless we are running a promotion), the return address will be on your invoice. We suggest going to your local post office to ship your returns as they provide the tracking number to you.
